When emailing for customer support including your order number is mandatory. We are unable to help you unless you provide your order number.
Please include all relevant information within your initial email. For example, If you need to change your address, please include the corrected address in your initial email. Failure to give all the adequate details in your initial email may cause a delay in customer service and/or ability to fix a mistake before the order ships out.
PRE-ORDERS
If you ordered something on pre-order and the item still has "Pre-Order" in the title and/or size, your order is still in the waiting process. Once we have received the garments we will remove the word "Pre-Order" from the title and/or size. If this happens and you still have not received your order please reach out for more information.
LOST PACKAGES
If you have a lost package please know we will do our best to help, but once the order leaves our hands we are at the mercy of the postal service. If your order says "Delivered", but you have not received the product please wait 24 hours before reaching out (not including Sundays). Often times the postal service accidentally marks something as delivered when it is actually still en route to you. If you still have not received your order after 24 hours of it saying "Delivered" please start the claims process with USPS. This can be found here: https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm. All orders shipped "Ground Advantage" comes with $100 of insurance. If you need our assistance in any part of this process please reach out & we will do our best, but we cannot promise anything. Based on your communication with USPS will determine next steps in how we can help, which may or may not include reshipping your order.
